      Nice coworkers, they were okay.

      Cons

      Management is garbage, HR is garbage, pay is awful for the amount of work required of you, and they hardly provide adequate training (at least for my job).

      Pros

      Friendly, calm work environment. Encouraging and thoughtful supervisor. The work is need and improves the county.

      Cons

      Not very challenging. Workload is light. Small organization so there is not a team to collaborate with, learn from, mentor. Very little chance for upward mobility.
