Pros
-Unlimited PTO -Spacious and attractive office space -Friendly and supportive coworkers -Good work/life balance (if you're not in creative) -HR and management are aware of toxic leadership and are supportive on a personal level, if ultimately unable to do anything about it - Free drinks and snacks in kitchen
Cons
-Unfortunately none of the pros count for much when the owners of the company are unable or unwilling to address their toxic management style that is driving staff from up and down the company away. -High profile departures are never legitimately addressed in the hope that everyone forgets that these people ever worked there. - Genuine employee concerns regarding job security/job progression/low pay are disregarded - The whims of the owners cause the direction of the agency to change from month to month and these changes are communicated exceptionally poorly to staff leading to confusion and apathy - Positions are created with little to no thought as to what their job description is, what their day-to-day tasks will be and how they will interact and integrate with their team and other departments. - Below average pay and currently no 401K matching. (Matching was a standard until late 2018. No mention of it returning any time soon) - Unwillingness to promote from within or expand existing roles in a meaningful way
