      Love working here. Everyone trusts your expertise and treats you as an adult. You're hired for your skill set, and are allowed to use that skill set, and asked for your input.

      Cons

      Like every agency, there's always room for improvement in process. Here, they seem open to organically making things better.

      Great team to work with, get to see some cool shoes and since its a startup you get to be heard.

      Cons

      Space is a bit limited but hopefully we are moving soon!

      Clean provides a very welcoming environment for new designers getting into the industry. They provided many opportunities for me to work on real client projects.

      Cons

      The pay was not very high.
