Pros
Very little good to say about CH, in the past 5-years the company has gone down hill and fast.
Cons
Management could care less about it's work force. Raises are vary far and when they do come its a joke at best. in almost 16 years 4-raises the last two totaled 2.4% together. Medical benefits - plan on spending 1/3 of your pay if you have a family on co-pays and out of pocket expenses. Expect an increased work load by 20-30% each year again no money. Being told "If you don't like it , look for something else" So I did! Still a good old boy club and it's being run by all past Safety Kleen Management, the same ones that ran that company into the ground.
