Where to begin. I've never experienced such a ridiculous work environment. If you need to monitor adults to such an extreme, maybe you should do some self reflection. I've never seen such micromanaging in my life. From the training to an everyday workday. You can't go to the bathroom without being docked. They watched every call like a hawk and you better not take a breath in between calls or else... then the "clients". Allowing addicts to treat people however they want because "we don't walk in their shoes". We had to endure verbal abu$e because someone else made bad choices. The only thing missing was the steam whistle.
