Great team but a chaotic and poorly managed environment - Territory Manager Cleanaway Employee Review

Where do I begin. The business is a joke. Procedures are just jumbled up gibberish that makes no sense. They talk about ease of customers doing business.... omg I tried calling the landline number... that was crazy. Horrible set up I'm not sure how the got a name for themselves. Higher up in management just live in fairy land where it's rainbows and sunshine. IT NOT!!!! Get out of the Golden palace and speak to your staff honestly. They did a restructure and made so many people redundant. Then the staff they kept gave them more work to do on the same money.
