Pros

* Absolutely no redeeming qualities about this company whatsoever.

Cons

* Virtually no induction provided, no formal introductions given to existing staff. Absolutely no formal training; you are buddied up with other workers for a few days before thrown in the deep end. * Impossible to get information on correct procedures, or even just a guide on how to use the system. There's no manual, no text references, no one understands how other departments operate outside their own. Did not even know where my team leader was two thirds of the time. Repeatedly requested more training; calendar dates were set, cancelled and rescheduled for months on end, and said training never wound up happening. * Saw multiple rounds of mass layoffs during my time at company, which included recent hires and staff with decades of experience alike, all laid off without warning or a valid reason. This left the customer service department so understaffed that our team inbox had over 900 unanswered emails, many dating back several months. We were instructed by management to outright lie to customers about the situation (all the while, new sales people continued to be hired so the company could rope in more unsuspecting customers it did not have the means to retain). * Upper management made unreasonable demands of lower-tier employees without any understanding as to what their jobs actually entailed. Would frequently abuse their powers, ie. sending out aggressive emails to the entire team putting down staff members by name for feeling "entitled" enough to refill their water outside of their scheduled break times, or taking toilet breaks at inconvenient times. Supervisors would also routinely snap at customer service staff without provocation. * Incredibly toxic office culture; rampant bullying, a whole office divided into cliques where few people talked to others outside their department. Conversations among employees were frequently negative and nasty in nature; if you weren't willing to engage in the trash talk, you were ostracized, resulting in a highly isolating work experience for anyone trying to do the right thing. * A particularly hostile environment for women. Frequently overheard male employees (usually drivers) on-site loudly engaging in offensive, explicit and downright disgusting conversations about the physical attributes of their female co-workers. The man tasked with going over the company's sexual discrimination policies did so while simultaneously making jokes about women running into burning buildings to rescue their make-up, seemingly unaware that he was in violation of the very thing he was speaking of. There are many more examples beyond this. The company claims to promote a safe, inclusive workplace but absolutely no one there practices what they preach. * The office is constantly freezing, to the point where workers would bring in jackets and run heaters under their desks in the middle of summer. Insufferable office radio playing the same top 40 garbage day in, day out. Employees would frequently bring their loud, disruptive and downright disgusting children into the office.
