Commitment to excellence, investment in future of its employees and core business relationships, through economic hardships this company found a way to continue to offer full paid health coverage and didn't reduce employee benefits one bit. While everyone around me was loosing their jobs, loosing benefits, taking demotions, CRBR held steady.
Cons
Hourly pay seems to be a little low for the market, but with benefits and as many hours as i want to work its a trade off. Cant expect the best of everything all the time I suppose.
