Commitment to excellence, investment in future of its employees and core business relationships, through economic hardships this company found a way to continue to offer full paid health coverage and didn't reduce employee benefits one bit. While everyone around me was loosing their jobs, loosing benefits, taking demotions, CRBR held steady.

Hourly pay seems to be a little low for the market, but with benefits and as many hours as i want to work its a trade off. Cant expect the best of everything all the time I suppose.

There is always something to do.

This business is toxic. It treats its employees horribly and takes advantage of its customers. There are no women working in the Chico (corporate office) because they belittle and harass them to the point of quitting. I also wouldn’t believe any “good place to work” survey because they bribe the employees into leaving a good review and tell them it’s “anonymous” but will directly use that information against you.
