Pros
In the past, the company did follow a vision of helping small businesses, but in present day that has changed, mostly due to reasons I'll talk about in the Cons section. The place housed workers who were keen to learn and implement, and the benefits were decent such as a kitchen which included free lunch foods, fruit and breakfast.
Cons
The main issue is/was that on the management level painfully lacked business sense, and often mixed personal wants with business needs. This threw every team around in different directions whenever on a whim or when law critical features were left to be implemented last minute. Management were often unconfident and pandered around, hiding behind their strangely worded business value, which unsurprisingly did not relate to actuality.
Strangely they recruited consultants frequently, but 9/10 they came in, said their spiel, and were shortly forgotten about until the next consultant comes along. It was strange to see their spending habits at this office. The company did lack real-world experience and also the natural-instinct any successful startup requires, and it is the fault of the CEO.
