Pros
Steady work, competitive pay, employees are treated well and fairly. Great support if you need help.
Cons
Drama behind the scenes... The founders are all suing each other for millions of dollars, overhead spending is kept high to reduce dividends for minority shareholders, fast growth has led to a dilution of talent, slowly becoming a cult-like environment. Benefits, especially the 401k, aren't great.
