In office work environment is cramped, loud, and unconducive to client conversations.
Has a large portion of the company working remotely (including one of the owners) yet will require you to come into the office if you live close. The hypocrisy is a little difficult to contend with.
Has an overly complicated product that really requires something close to certification just to know how to run it as a client. Yet management thinks it's user friendly. There is a disconnect between the reality of the product and the belief of it's owners.
I'm not leaving this to hurt ClearPoint, I'm leaving this so others don't make a mistake that would have larger implications for them than a company who won't think twice about them. This is what Glassdoor is meant for.
