Pros

Culture. CULTURE! It is the best culture I've worked in and I worked for the blue airline which is known for its culture. ClearSource beats it, hands down. Leadership is fair, kind, approachable, ethical, and intelligent. I am thanked and recognized often. I feel valued and seen/heard. You are given the space to learn and grow, make mistakes, submit suggestions, ask questions, and understand decisions without retaliation or fear. You are part of the team, The core values are not just words, they are the backbone of all decisions from the top down. The executive team truly walks the walk, not just talks the talk. So much so there is a leadership class taught over several weeks that is mind-blowing. It shifts the typical corporate thinking. Think Brene Brown, Adam Grant type of leadership. It is the future for most companies, forced change for most, but not here. It is truly who we are and what our owners/executive team is. It is really amazing. I have never had a job where the right thing is done every single time until now. Working at ClearSource has shown me that executives do exist that will do the right thing no matter what. They are careful with making sure the business is healthy financially, but also that the employees are treated fairly. Work from home. It is the single most important thing to me to have the ability to work from anywhere that has internet. I save time and money by not commuting. I am more present at home. As a single mom, knowing I am just down the hall in my office when my kids are home is worth everything to me. I'm able to be present. Diversity. ALL PEOPLE are valued and accepted. Without a second thought. Global team. I work with people from around the world. I feel incredibly lucky to know so many different people and cultures. Innovative. Always open to new ideas and looking for ways to improve.

Cons

I truly have to try hard to find cons. In an effort to be objective and so this review doesn't seem like I was paid to write it (I wasn't) I have dug deep to look for cons. The one con I could possibly see would be that the company is growing and evolving and that can be painful for some who don't have the ability to adapt to change and growth, those who love to stay stagnant. With that said, change happens at ClearSource like all companies but is implemented with forethought, not just to shake things up.

Pros

ClearSource is a company that lives up to is mission and core values, it's not just a poster on the wall in the break room. The leadership style has created a space to truly build relationships which allows us to be open and honest with each other. We are taught that clear is kind which allows us to dig deep into understanding our opportunities and the leaders help us strategically vs just stating to fix it or else. What keeps me at a company is the culture and ClearSource exceeds my expectations.

Cons

I can honestly say that I love my job.

Pros

Work from home, and you get to work with amazing clients.

Cons

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the leadership in our organization. Unfortunately, I’ve found the current leadership to be quite egotistical and lacking in essential communication skills. There seems to be an unreasonable expectation placed on team members without any constructive feedback. It’s as if we’re expected to read minds and deliver perfect results without any guidance. This creates a frustrating environment where it feels like success is not attainable. Additionally, my direct leader is very young and lacks the experience necessary for making informed decisions. There’s a noticeable gap in judgment, and I often find myself questioning the directions being given. It’s alarming how this lack of experience can lead to decisions that impact our team negatively. Trust is critical in any workplace, but I find it difficult to trust him. I have seen instances where he would throw team members under the bus to save himself, which is incredibly disheartening. The overall atmosphere feels toxic, and it’s affecting both morale and productivity. I hope that changes are made soon, as the current environment is not conducive to growth or success.
