Great place to work - Help Desk Technician Clearly Agile Employee Review

We get to work on new greenfield projects with latest technologies like .NET 6, Angular, Mongo/SQL, Azure, Docker and Kubernetes. Opportunities to learn from great team members and skills will stay very up to date. I have worked at places where the technology stagnated and management did not care to upgrade anything or try any new technologies. That is why I left those places.... Great benefits and perks. Very supportive of remote work and unlimited PTO. Everyone on the teams I have worked on are focused on team and not individual success. A breath of fresh air. While working with clients can sometimes be challenging, management and the owners are very supportive and really have your back.

Smaller company so if you like to blend into a larger organization it will be tough. Some of the projects on larger clients can last a few years so if you get bored easily it might not be for you.

I just finished up a 6 month mobile/web project as a developer (Team Member) with Clearly Agile and it was great! The owners of the company are former and current developers that really understand Agile and the development process. Unlike other places I worked for, they foster real code quality over just talking about it and still slamming things together and putting out fire after fire. Each day, we would pair with a partner and work an intense day building software together. At the end of the day, I was more proud of what I did with my pair then in any other job that I've had. Even though I was only a contractor on a fixed term contract, everyone there treated me well and made me feel like part of the team! The management structure is very flat and open so we had a lot of input into company decisions. I also got to work on different techs in the whole project which really helped my personal skill set.

It is a smaller company so room for advancement to a management position or anything like is not really there. But, I guess it is a software development shop that focuses mainly on that.
