Good at talking, bad at DOING - Anonymous employee Clearmatics Employee Review

- A very diverse and talented team from all walks of life - which makes Clearmatics a really friendly and intellectually stimulating place to work - They have a great L & D benefit budget, with team members given a generous budget to spend on training or events - You can work from home whenever you need to, as long as it doesn't clash with any meetings in the office. Many staff members work remotely full time from all across the world. - The onboarding process was great, meetings with members of each department. I was made to feel very welcome. -I was set goals and clear targets which really helped with my probation period and career progression. They have quarterly reviews to reset goals and look at what you've acheived - The office is always fully stocked with cereal, snacks, canned drinks and beer for Fridays. There is an all-company meeting on Fridays (with pizza) when people talk about what they've done in the week, any company news, sometimes people present what they've been working on.

- If you're not from a technical background then you may need a month to get used to their systems (gitlab/github/using the terminal) as their systems are very dev-orientated. - They are mac and Linux based... so purely windows users may take a while to get to grips with things. - Coming from a creative agency, its alot more of a quiet place to work so took me a while to get used to. For those who like to put their headphones in and crack on with things, the Clearmatics office is perfect for you.
