The people there are amazing!

No cons that I can really think of.

Good place to work for. There is room to grow with moving up in the company, example: Taking a different position. Current manager seems to care and listens.

Burn out is real! Unexpected expectations that need to be met! Upper management do not know how much of a workload is put on the Vital Techs, and Medical Assistants. Not enough livable pay. Should be adjusted accordingly, for the Huntsville area.
