Thanks for taking the time, but honestly, I found this review really surprising. Building a strong company culture is a major priority for us, and no departing employee has ever shared feedback anywhere close to this with us. We hold regular quarterly and annual reviews to make sure not only that are our employees happy, but they are engaged in work they love.

Awesome awards and company trips as incentives. Great investment in the education of the employees and strong company values and culture.

Smaller company, so not all the resources of a larger one.

Pros

They try to make the atmosphere as relaxed as possible given a startup. The people who work there are top notch and really care and know there stuff. Free snacks and drinks. Friendly and sociable people. Overall wouldn't hesitate to suggest someone to work there.

Cons

None worth noting. However working at a smaller company you are need to wear different hats sometimes which can be fun and exciting or scary depending on the person
