Top executives are a joke. They take in millions of dollars in bonuses but claim there is a loss each quarter and then tries to take it out on the employees through a garbage contract offered to the Union. The losses are claimed to be from maintenance issues and the cost of huge new projects that haven't panned out. The executives came up with and approved this projects that haven't worked out but they want to take away from the hard working employees to pay for their bad decisions.
