- Great coworkers who are willing to help and answer questions - Helpful and friendly management - Environment that values people and produces great talent - Employees get more breaks/holidays than at other companies due to it being a part of a University - Work-life balance is strongly encouraged - Many opportunities to connect with individuals inside and outside HR - Many learning opportunities
Cons
If I had to pick a con, I would say being located next to / on a college campus can make parking and/or travel time a hassle.
