The company uses a modern tech stack like Next.js, Python FastAPI, and PostgreSQL, which helps a lot in improving real-world development skills. Projects are practical and challenging in a good way, so you keep learning something new. The team is supportive, seniors are helpful, and collaboration is encouraged. Management is approachable and open to discussions, which makes the work environment comfortable. Overall, it’s a good place to grow both technically and professionally.

At times, project deadlines can be tight, so work pressure increases during those phases. Also, since the company handles multiple projects, context switching can happen. These are manageable, but good planning always helps.

Supportive team culture and good communication between testers and developers. The company values QA feedback, and issues raised during testing are generally taken seriously. Processes are fairly structured, which makes it easier to plan and execute test cases.

Documentation could be more detailed in certain areas, especially for new features.
