Pros
Cliffs is a great company to work for. Since they've bought Mittal they are fixing things that needed to be fixed. We've gotten bonuses raises and work a 4 on 4 off schedule. No complaints
Cons
Just the work environment. But that is what it is. If u can't stand heat or dirt or sweat then this not the place for u.
