It is a startup up so sometimes there is some ambiguity involved and there is still quite a bit of early business development going on. I like that, some may not.

High quality personnel at the staff level (below director levels)

Serious issue with inconsistent enforcement of company policies and poor behavior tolerated from employees while others are reprimanded, specifically HR itself. Massive pay discrepancies between employees of similar experience/education. All of the positive Google reviews are from current employees. Laboratory management is largely absent from onsite supervision.
