Pros
• You can feel proud about the work you do: it's genuinely helping educate and empower consumers, and help people save millions on real estate fees. • You have incredibly smart, passionate colleagues: the company upholds high standards for excellence and its culture. • You have growth prospects: the company has kept on growing and become profitable through one of the toughest real estate markets in history. Multiple new business lines and growing and gaining momentum.
Cons
• Intense environment: don't join if you are looking for a relaxed 9 to 5. It's up to roughly 100 employees, but still feels and operates like a startup. • Remote work environment: this can be a tough transition for some people who are not used to communicating a lot asynchronously via writing and recorded videos and messages. If you thrive on in-person or would struggle to adapt to a culture where a lot of decisions get made / context gets shared outside of meetings, this probably isn't a good fit.
