A very negative environment some where it is male dominant senior employees does not have a way to speaking and is very egoistic a lot of partiality happens here - say for someone they just don't deduct salary even for leaves or late comings and for others they do Every late salary, even when you ask in case of urgency they don't give. they salary is given on 20-25 th of next month sometimes 2-3 months for some employees salary is not given even when resignation is served they dont treat well, and do not clear dues. So as a result a lot people leave without information. no appreciation is given when work is done well you only get criticism working hours are so much 10 hours and after that also we expected to work. the employer lives just 2 house ahead, so the employees lock the office and hand over the keys in his house. if we close the office and give keys on 8:07 he says, every one left so early. he expects us to come early and leave late. but does not give bonus or overtime. but deducts salary for late coming. so sick leaves are given. just 1 n 1/2 leaves. they have 2 more brands here in the same office 1 is their digital marketing training institute and the other is franchise of a toy library. they hire people for click and by them same people they get the work done for their other brands. without any increment or separate pay. the office hours are 10 am to 8pm monday to saturday. many times they call on sunday also for some or the other event, say workshop or anything and they expect after working 8 hours on sunday, we should be here on monday. there are countless cons for working here, they promise to give 3rd saturday a activity from 5-8 but nothing happens and if employees plan something they deny by giving some or the other excuse they promise to give 1 time in a month snacks from their side, never provided! a lot many such privileges that were promised were never given the employer is only good at his communication skills, and he can very easily get any one trapped into his words and make the person agree upon what he is saying they cant even buy windows version for office. they were using windows illegally and when they got warning they switched to unbunto or whatever it was! really cheap behavior.no proper equipment are provided. many people bring laptops from their home to work here. the Hr was so rude, she so badly asked interns and the new joinies to bring their own laptops to work on basically any employee of click can write a whole book on Cons of working here! moree negative points to go cant write them all god knows how these positive feedback came, they must have been asked to do so!

A good web development company who has good projects for working and satisfy their customer and clients. Good environment for working with collaborative people.
