Really bad management of projects.

This place is good for nobody, some people say it's good for interns but same is not true as the interns/freshers are supposed to get exposure to a true work culture not a place where the upper management yells at employees in front of everyone, treats their employees as slaves, expects the entire team to stay overnight in office even when ONLY the developer needs to finish his/her work rest of the team does not have anything important to do overnight. HR is just a puppet, they cannot take any decision on their own, they will take huge time to respond to very basic queries as they cannot talk to employees without discussion the issue with an employee's reporting manager.

There is no structure in the organization. Everyone who works there is killing himself/herself every single day. People are working there just because they do not have any other option as they are not experienced and are freshers. CEO of the company forces and argues with its employees to buy pizza using his app. He even goes online to threat its employees if someone orders food using zoomato or any other awesome food ordering app as opposed to click lab's food ordering app. Professionals do not stick around with this company - you can check the history for this fact. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT VALUE ITS CLIENTS, THEY ONLY CARE FOR PAYMENTS FROM CLIENT BUT FAIL TO DELIVER A QUALITY PRODUCT.
