Clickatell was once a vibrant, forward-thinking organization that employees were proud to represent. Unfortunately, that culture has largely eroded, leaving a significant disconnect between leadership and the daily realities of the staff. While new hires are brought in at market-related rates, long-standing, dedicated employees are struggling to keep up with the cost of living. Following multiple rounds of retrenchments, morale is at an all-time low. Furthermore, there is a concerning lack of recognition for female employees and people of color.
