Pros
Incredible team culture - amazing get togethers, funny team members and upbeat tempo! Can't beat Monday stand ups + breakfast. Office manager really makes your experience in the office quite brilliant. Supportive training in areas you're interested in developing. Ability to progress into your desired field within creative production or product and software. Very flexible team - if you're driven and curious, you can really step your toes in different areas from product to business development, pitches, production, editing. All of it.
Cons
Very little to say. Less flexible arrangements (such as working from home) than in 2021 - but ability to move into flexible arrangements once you're with the company for a while! Sometimes responsibilities / authority or overall company direction aren't clear but HR and management are incredibly supportive if you communicate any doubts etc!
