Pros
I came to Client Command because I gravitate to entrepreneurial, fast-paced, growing environments. I find them rewarding, fulfilling and challenging. If you are like me and enjoy environments where things are not figured out for you, where you need to grow your professional skills on a daily basis and you are working with a disruptive product with great potential...Client Command delivers all three. I've worked in, volunteered in, and consulted in a number of hyper-growth environments and what sets Client Command apart is its people. I appreciate the company culture, the intentionality of our leadership team and the focus on helping one another and our customers reach their potential.
Cons
It's a season of hyper-growth and those seasons have unique challenges. To use a house analogy -- It's a lot easier to build a new house from scratch than it is to transform an existing floorplan. So, it can be frustrating when you realize you need to re-wire the electrical before you can move the washer/dryer. This is not the first environment where I have experienced hyper-growth and transformation. I would classify the challenges as normal for organizations in this season, but that doesn't make it easy or convenient.
