Pros
Their recruiters work very hard to submit candidates to the many companies they have in the city. CRI has a cool college World Series event.
Cons
My first time that I was submitted to a company, recruiter described the role much differently than the way the manager did during the in person interview. It felt very much like they just wanted to fill the job, rather than wanting to find a good fit for me. The second time I was submitted, I ended up landing the position and working at the company for the length of the contract. Upon developing a relationship with the manager and other CRI consultants on site, I realized that I was paid far less then the others in similar roles (and less than I asked for). When I addressed it with CRI, I was all but threatened. They act like they care about the people, but it’s all about the bottom line. I’ve worked for five other companies who are far more transparent and honest, and will never consider CRI again.
