Pros
Some interesting contracts on decent government programs. If you are hard worker you can shine because most of work force just does what client tells them to do.
Cons
As stated in other reviews, over focus on culture. Cult like. Weird. Nobody knows who the owners are who just seemed to re-appear when company lost major contract. Sales team tries hard but does not seem to win. CEO left after loss of contract. A lot of layoffs over years. Confusing company that really is just a staff augmentation company. What I thought it was and what it is are 2 different things. I should have looked under the covers more. The over emphasis on culture as opposed to what they do for a client should have been warning sign. It’s too bad because there are a lot of nice people working hard each day. Just no future.
