Having worked with Client Solutions for over 10 years I can happily say that it is a great place to work. There are some great opportunities for people interested in developing their career and who are willing and able to stand up and be counted. As with all companies the more you put in the more you will get out and this is definitely the case with Client Solutions. There is an open door policy with senior managers who sit amongst the other staff so are approachable and willing to assist with matters of any type. They can also be very flexible due to the nature of work in the IT industry, so if you have to work longer hours due to impending projects etc. you can take time off in lieu etc. There is a culture of respect so no matter what ideas/issues/challenges are raised they will all be handled in the right manner. All in all the best company I've worked for and staying there over 10+ years says it all!!

There are no particular negatives to point out with regards to working with Client Solutions.

-Many opportunities to evolve within the company -Mostly respectful culture regardless of seniority (It is very easy to speak up and change things when something needs to be optimized) -Energizing atmosphere ( people you work with are amazing - kind, smart, helpful, motivated colleagues and passionate top-managers) -Great team support -Greater degree of freedom than in big companies -Free cupcakes and pastries on Mondays and fruits on Wednesdays 😊

No cons so far. Great experience at this point.
