- Terrible pay. The Senior Executives are paid a very high and comfortable salary between 130k to 300k where as all other staff including mid-level campaign staff are paid 60k to 85k - There is no opportunity to progress in career - The manner in which the head of the organization speaks to staff is demeaning, unprofessional and disrespectful - There is also a strong culture of hiring and firing staff
