I can't say that there are any cons working here.

I am employed which is better than not being employed .

No benefits - no health, 401K, incentives, were told there would be no pay increases for 2015, Never received what I was promised when I was recruited. Large turnover of employees. Unsure of the future of this company. Will discuss in person, not on this review.
