Pros

8-5 job Weekends off That's it Nothing else.

Cons

Where to begin Management is a complete joke and display no leadership capabilities. Every individual in a management role was probably given by default because of tenure. No structure what so ever. Any issues you run into prepare to deal with it on your lonesome, no clear form of communication. The "membership" they offer to clients (which you will be cold calling almost no one calls in for the service" is over hyped. They claim they help job seekers but truth be told after they get your card information they will not respond to your calls but will try to sell you a resume that you can clearly do on your own with a few Google searches. If you are desperate for a few bucks this might be for you if not do yourself a favor and just don't waste your time with them.

Pros

I'm not a morning person by nature, and I own a few broken alarm clocks to prove it. But in spite of that fact, I have woken up every morning since I started at Climber actually looking forward to going into the office. I'll be celebrating my one-year anniversary with this company in exactly one week, and my enthusiasm for, and my pride in this company are stronger than ever. The people here are absolutely incredible, and from the ground up, the company is a true reflection of the businessmen who founded it. Mike O'Brien and Nick Jimenez, the CEO and COO respectively, are both profoundly intelligent, ethical professionals who value their employees and take the time to get to know their team as well as they know their business. As bosses, they encourage a fun work environment along with a sense of responsibility among the people they employ. Not ones to micromanage, they expect the same level of respect in return but maintain a great open-door policy that makes it easy to come to them with concerns and ideas.

Cons

As a truly happy employee, coming up with a list of cons is much harder for me. When I first came on board, the way the office was set up was not always conducive to meeting and interacting with people in other departments. However, we recently acquired a new, larger space, which resolves that issue and allows for further growth in the company.
