Pros
I've been with ClinIntell for two and a half years and has grown both personally and professionally working at ClinIntell more than I have anywhere else. It was an interesting company to adjust to as I was used to the corporate environment where it’s very us against leadership. However, the people I consider “leadership” or my “boss” feel more like my colleagues. Everyone at the company collaborates extremely well together with the mindset of pushing each other to excel. I still find it crazy that I’m able to be completely transparent with all my colleagues and freely give my “bosses” or anyone feedback that they always take seriously. ClinIntell is a small enough company where you can see your ideas and hard work come to life on a daily basis. That’s very satisfying for me. However, since it is a smaller company, there is not as much structure as some people might be used to in the corporate world. You’d have to enjoy creating order out of chaos. There are no slackers at this company. Everyone is encouraged and motivated to come to work every day to get the satisfaction of building a great product for our clients together. I also love the dad jokes and participating in spontaneous planking and push-up competitions.
Cons
Things that people may consider cons that I DON'T CONSIDER AS CONS: 1. Getting transparent and professional feedback about your work 2. Course correct and changing once's mind when new information is present 3. Working more than normal because you love your work 4. Too many dad jokes
