      Working with kids is rewarding.

      Cons

      Built a very hostile culture where management "knows best" however they don't work with the kids they dont help with staffing issues. They do not plan intaking residents.

      Pros

      Students were great to work with.

      Cons

      HR is disrespectful and rude. Administration is not there for staff, leaving a lot of disappointment and burnout among staff. There is no positive feedback about anything. Do not work here if you want to feel appreciated.
