Pros

You can work on weekends if you are unable to finish complex tasks during the week, even with overtime. You must estimate your task hours before starting; These hours cannot be changed later, even if the task proves to be more complex than expected.

Cons

1. Managers will put you under the bus, if they face escalations. 2. Managers love taunting other managers and employees. 3. No professionalism. 4. Leaves are constantly asked to reconsider even if its pre planned. 5. Mistakes from US team members are overlooked, where as Indian team members were grilled. 6. TOXIC work culture with continuous management process changes. 7. Compensations were not given for extra working hours, when it was agreed beforehand.

Pros

Tech focused, forward looking company

Cons

You will never have a company gaslight you like this one does. Executive and Senior leadership point blank lie to you about conversations that happen with clients. Then, when you express concern, you are told that it didn't happen that way. CEO cannot be told he is wrong, and he will tell two people in the same conversation two different things and then get pissed at them if they point out the obvious discrepancy in messages. If you use casual language (not even offensive) with your colleagues, (e.g. "Hello friends!") you get written up as being unprofessional. If you question management and express concern over a decision they're making, you get a hostile workplace complaint against you. If you get fired, the story is that you left by your own choice, when the person getting fired tells you directly that it didn't happen that way. If you ask a question they don't like, they ignore you or get back up on the "we're a happy family" soapbox and dance around the question without any serious answers. The primary product they sell isn't even minimally viable. It's easily 4-5 years away from being acceptable, but you're told it is the best solution in the market.
