Internship was a great experience, met some really amazing people. For the most part, the staff was very approachable.
Cons
Too many mandatory programs, sometimes interfering with getting assignments completed. Unpaid internship.
Advice to Management
Consider a few small stipends for interns throughout the program.
More cultural diversity in Senior Management.

Advice to Management
Find ways to utilize employee knowledge. Many projects involve multiple sectors and employees from different departments may be able to provide valuable insight into projects. Establishing metrics across departments would help aggregate more reliable and granular data on the impact that projects are having.

The Clinton Foundation was an amazing place to work. I worked there as an intern last summer, and everyday was an incredibly enjoyable experience. I learned a lot about my professional development needs, and how to conduct research in a professional setting.
