      Sometimes, you can get free food if the sales team doesn't eat it all.

      Cons

      Regarded as replaceable, do not have SOP's (I should know since I, a 22 year old, had to develop them for the Boca Store lol), do not have a clear start or end time, rules are enforced on whim of management.

      As a designer, this company provides and unbelievable amount of support. We create, the company takes care of the rest. Faily compensated and great team.

      Working with designers and getting some design experience. Opened up some doors.

      Cons

      Also closed some doors. Favorites. Favorites. Favorites. No job advancement unless you're a favorite. The pay is a joke and we're still doing a draw? Go to a place that actually offers a base salary or you're not going to make any money.
