Nice Company - Senior Software Developer Clogeny Technologies Employee Review

with 10+ years of exprience in QA, I have worked with some of the fortune 100 companies before joining Clogeny and some apprehensions of joining a small company. But frankly, all most of my fears were proved wrong. There are so many good things about Clogney, some of which are: 1. Flexi-timings & Work from option. 2. Good opportunity to learn emerging technologies especially in Dev-ops, Storage & Cloud, even for QAs. The management is open to provide opportunities to change your track from QA to DevOps, development OR any other technology if you show active interest. 3. Some short-term projects giving option to work on multiple domains, technologies, clients. 4. Food on the house - you get free breakfast, lunch and evening snacks. 5. Good appraisals. 6. If you get tired of work, you get to play table-tennis, Foosball, Carrom, Badminton etc.

Very small which is not really mentionable.

Work is very challenging, freedom to design frameworks. Team leads very supportive and helpful. Cutting edge technologies. Innovation is given a priority. Great ideas can be funded too. The top level management is very much approachable. Work life balance is very very good here.

Sometime the management will take decisions which will leave you baffled. Been working here since a year, but still seen no cons as such.
