Pros
It had worked exceptionally well for me. I was involved in big projects and was given very good technical work to improve my technical skills. I was also given good client facing roles that helped me gain more on business front.
Cons
It's your luck to get into right project. I had associates working in my team who where not into any project for 6-8 months and a few who were without their will were moved to a team to work. A bit more of associate interest consideration would be helpful in taking the company to new heights.
