Pros
Access to management and being part of the decision making process is new to me in 15 years in the industry. True collaborative work and thought happens here. I love that I can suggest new programs, processes and guidelines to senior leadership as well as talk directly with an underwriter in a timely manner. Even the head one. Everyone is approachable and generally helpful
Cons
While it's growing, a little more regional recognition and branding would be nice. Getting our name and logo into local community events.
