- Must be good at handling a Stress due the Work or People's - Some people don't want to cooperate or don't understand their responsibilities even after they have been working for a quite long time, We have also been conducting a Training Session together (But they are less enthusiastic or don't have an eagerness to learn ) - Not much communication happened across departments - Must be available almost all of the time ( Less work-life balance ) - The Specification of the Laptop Given to us, is not enough to cover our daily work ( Working with Docs, VSCode, WSL, Multiple Browser Tab's, Communication Tools ( Zoom, Teams, Slack, Google meet )) it will cause the Laptop to hang or Bluescreen, This happened almost of the time especially on the busy day.
