Pros
Working here has been a genuinely positive experience. One of the things I appreciate most is the trust the company places in its people, there’s no sense of micromanagement, and I’ve always felt empowered to take ownership of my work. The HR team is also incredibly approachable and down-to-earth, which makes a big difference when it comes to communication and support.
The benefits go beyond the usual. In addition to the annual bonus, there’s a generous learning benefit allowance, mine is currently ₱60,000 per year, and it increases the longer you stay with the company. This has allowed me to attend trainings and conferences both locally and abroad, which has really helped with my professional development.
We also get a fitness and wellness benefit, which can be used in a lot of ways—whether that’s signing up for a gym, buying home fitness equipment, or even getting a bike. The company regularly organizes fun runs and promotes various clubs and activities, which creates a sense of community you don’t always find in agency settings.
In most agencies, you often feel disconnected or unsure about your career path. That hasn’t been my experience here at all. I’ve always felt a strong sense of belonging, and it’s clear that growth and development are taken seriously.
Cons
Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. Maybe just the lack of a Christmas basket, but that’s just me joking. Nothing major comes to mind!
