      1. onshore and offshore link is not managed 2. Micro management 3. work pressure to complete something which is not in the plan 4. Team have a very limited knowledge 5. Management keeps promoting the people who are not worth it. just because they are obedient.

      The CEO likes to get involved with everything They can't compete with some of the big boys, but where they have developed some great programmes, they gave away the IP.
