Pros
People: I haven't come across anyone that isn't willing to help another out. I think it says a lot about the company culture, who's hired, and what the vibe of the company when we all succeed or fail together. There's all types of backgrounds, levels of knowledge, and personalities - to me that's really cool and makes work fun and interesting.
Day-to-Day Work: Some weeks are slower, some weeks you can't believe it's Friday at 5pm already. The work itself can be challenging and fun. FundEngine is a really awesome app and has just excelled my knowledge of Salesforce almost overnight. You'll never be bored, you'll always have something to do, but it's also not the same as yesterday.
Tools: They have everything set up really nicely, anything you need to do an awesome job you have access to. I love the use of slack to stay connected.
Flexibility/Remote: I was a little nervous about working from home at first, but it's actually the most amazing part. You do have the flexibility within reason to get things done that going into the office might hinder. I also know I get so much more done because you don't have the office distractions, and you can just put your head down and go.
Benefits: Amazing, super easy to know where you are with Health/Vision/Dental.
Cons
There's nothing that I would say is a con.
