Management is so idiotic, They don't care much, the head of the departments are very younger and don't have manager skills, Few so called head of the departments are not professional at all, if you complain anything to them they go back to the people whom you complained and if they are their friends they tell them that you complained and no action will be taken. work wise these day work is not good at all. Mostly here there is no manager for you. The lead him self is the manager. They are the bigger idiots. They are very unprofessional and with no manners at all. Micromanagement is to the core. You should do a login and logout and update your timesheets for the full 8 hrs what you did for that day. This is also calculated in your variable pay. They have some stupid rules like should take 24 interviews in a quarter which is absurd, they force employees to do some extra work to get their variable pay. In your ctc they say 10% is variable pay and it's a bogus. Don't fall for that trap.
