You may be skilled at trouble shooting, you may have a degree in Computer Science, but do you have what it takes to be an intuitive caring technician on the phone? Or would you just rather keep your distance and avoid actually calling your user to assist. Then this is not the job for you.

The owner fakes nice and caring, the partner has a favorite. There is 0 support when hired and training was done by 4 different people and they all say different things then when those things were done wrong they blame me. Promised a raise then they said no and made up excuses to say it was time to go.
