      Pros

      Work from home and the boss/owner is never around to actually enforce anything so you might be stuck doing everything well everyone else just slacks off. The boss man will tell you this is the greatest team ever constantly but it's lies with all the turnover and hiring of people with Zero IT experience

      Cons

      HORRIBLE Benefits and you could work at fast food and get better pay and benefits. I was promised a pay raise when I first started but that was a lie and every time I did get a pay raise the boss/owner gave some dumb reasons like you're the only one on salary and we want to get you hourly like everyone else so he docks my pay by over a dollar.

      Pros

      The TEAM at CloudG is super sensitive to Customer Needs. It's all about people and that's the difference here. You may be skilled at trouble shooting, you may have a degree in Computer Science, but do you have what it takes to be an intuitive caring technician on the phone? Or would you just rather keep your distance and avoid actually calling your user to assist. Then this is not the job for you.

      The only Cons is what you bring with yourself to this table. CloudG Solutions is an effective, virtual, remote work at home Support Machine!

      You get to work 100% remote

      Cons

      The owner fakes nice and caring, the partner has a favorite. There is 0 support when hired and training was done by 4 different people and they all say different things then when those things were done wrong they blame me. Promised a raise then they said no and made up excuses to say it was time to go.
