I started working here right out of university, wasn't really sure what I'm suppose to do my career. This place not only provided me with the exposure to the types of career paths I actually have but also trained me from pretty much scratch to be a Salesforce Developer and now en route to be a Consultant.
My second biggest take away is their emphasis on soft skills which were a big need for me because being a CS grad my main concern was working on my technical skills. I didn't realize how important communication and other soft skills really are until I started my first internship.
Cons
You will be putting in a good amount of extra hours during crunch times, they do acknowledge you for this both financially and verbally but yeah do keep this in mind.
