Crazy brah - Senior Consultant CloudSocius Employee Review

I have been working for Cloudsocius for less than a year and since the very beginning I felt inspired and stimulated. Cloudsocius is the most exciting, fast paced and rewarding working environment I have ever been to. What makes it so special is the talent that has been accumulated and nurtured. People here are always exchanging ideas and helping each other and through this process always come up with the best possible solutions. The company itself is an award winning Salesforce Gold Partner and is growing incredibly fast. The best part is that there is a consensus that throughout the many changes that we're inevitably going through, employee satisfaction is vital. The management keeps a very open mind and not only welcomes, but also values our opinions. The day often ends with a game of ping pong, a pint or two and some good laughs!

Being a growing company processes are being revised and are often changed. In my honest opinion that flexibility and being part of the change is an eye opener, especially to a consultant. However, people who aren't used to or open to change may feel challenged.

Waking up and looking forward to going to work is not something that should be taken for granted, the people at Cloudsocius make this the best place to work! Cloudsocius has a refreshing culture with zero politics and a real team/collaborative feel where everyone helps each other. The balance between work hard and play hard is something they do well with lots of nights down the pub, team activity days, ski trips, dreamforce etc. If you have an idea of how the company can improve a process you are always listened to (regardless of how long you have worked here/your role) and the majority of the time you get to help implement your idea and have a real impact on the companies success which is great! Certifications and training courses are all paid for by the company. Overall, if you are willing to work hard and are good at your job then Cloudsocius is the best place for you to rocket your career and have fun in the process :)

With any company that is growing so quickly there is inevitably often lots of change. Although I quite like the change - it keeps the job exiting and the company moving at a fast pace, constantly striving to be better. Could do with a better benefits package (but I know they are currently working on this).
